Product Overview: The starter plate unit consists of three major systems: the stripping unit, the production unit (including lifting ear processing), and the installation unit. It is a mechanical automation system equipment for electrolytic nickel production. Adopting mechanical and hydraulic transmission, the robot system is integrated and automatically controlled by pLc program, with simple operation and high production efficiency. It can complete processes such as peeling, leveling, cutting, embossing, feeding, hanging ear riveting, arranging, washing, weighing, and packaging in one go.
